Personal information session
Our experienced counsellors will guide the students with various study options based on past qualifications, work experience, course eligibility and budgets. Students shall be able to choose their destination after this session. Those students who have not taken the mandatory English test such as IELTS, PTE or OET, we shall help to register for the test and book the earliest available dates. We provide in details the expected expenses, university details, culture, lifestyle, visa requirements, visa filing etc.
Application for admission
Application will be submitted for the selected course with the University / Institute of the students choice, represented by us. Successful applications will receive the admission letter / offer letter from the institute. This offer can be conditional or unconditional.
Tuition fee payment
On receiving offer letter, few of the countries advice to make the fee payment before visa filing in order to confirm the admission. Fees payment can be made directly to the concerned university / institutions account by the student. On successful transfer of the fees amount, confirmation / receipt will be provided to the student.
Medical examination
Students need to undergo medical examination at any of the panel doctor / centre approved by the respective high commissions before the visa filing is done.
Visa filing
We will guide the students on the documents required for visa submission. Students need to fill the forms, submit the required documents to our office. We shall cross verify the documents to ensure compliance, thereafter the visa application shall be filed. The processing time of the application can vary between 4 to 12 weeks. If all the documents meet the requirements of immigration department, the visa will be granted.
Pre-departure session
We conduct pre-departure briefing, wherein valuable information about living abroad, how the life shall be as a student at the institution, tips on adapting to the culture, dealing with homesickness, do’s and don’ts shall be explained in detail. The session provides the opportunity to network with other students, including alumni and current students.
Travel & Accommodation
Our services partners will advice you on ticketing, foreign exchange, travel insurance, opening bank account and international calling cards. Students can buy their tickets and make arrangements for the necessary foreign exchange. Once the students provide flight details, we shall help them with various available accommodation options, which they can select to suit their requirements. Airport pick up also shall be organised.
